If it is corrupted here's Autel's fix:
We are busy checking this issue on our side these days.
Here are the solutions that we find so far.
1. Please do not use WiFi and Ethernet connection at the same time. You can connect to Internet either via WiFi or LAN connection.
2. Try the settings on Maxisys as below:
Find out the Maxisys icon on the tablet, keep pressing the Maxisys icon, and then you will see "App Info" at the top of Maxisys tablet;
Move the Maxisys icon into "App Info", and then click "Force stop" and "clear data" buttons on the new screen to stop progress and remove the datas.
3. Press "Root Explorer" on Maxisys, go to /mnt/sdcard/scan/, and check if there is a "init.xml" file. If there is such a file, please delete the file and then test if you can connect to Internet and download the updates on Maxisys
